Speed. Handles. Shot.
Not stuck in the paint.

Skills training for middle school and high school players. Small groups, real reps, and a coach who stays with your player as they grow — built for kids who want to move like competitors, not just measure like them.

Trained under an NBA skills coach — but results are what you’re paying for.

How training runs

Two ways to work

Most players should start in a group and add privates when there is a specific thing to fix. Volume builds the habit; one-on-one fixes the flaw.

Group sessions

Four to eight players. Enough reps to actually build a habit, and the competition that makes them stick. This is where most players should start — and the more often they come, the less each session costs.

Private sessions

One-on-one, for fixing mechanics fast — footwork, handle, shot. Best used to build the fundamentals, then carried into a group for volume.

Rates

Train more often and the price per session drops. It is an upgrade, not a discount — the reps compound.

Three sessions a week costs less per session than one. A player training 3×/week pays $30 a session against $40 at once a week — and trains alongside teammates who push the pace instead of going it alone.

What parents actually ask for

One thing matters

No résumé pitch, no highlight reel. Players get faster, handle it better, and finish — or the training is not working.
